Data Deletion Instructions

Doplr (operated by Go Go Gonzo) lets you delete your account and every piece of associated data at any time. This includes your profile, scheduled and published content, analytics, and all access tokens we received from connected social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, and others).

Method 1 — Delete in-app

  1. Sign in to your account at postiz.doplr.com.
  2. Open Settings from the workspace menu.
  3. Scroll to the Delete Account section and confirm.
  4. Your account, content, analytics, and all stored platform tokens are removed from our systems immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Method 2 — Request by email

  1. Send an email to info@gogogonzo.be from the address associated with your Doplr account.
  2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  3. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days and reply to confirm once your data is removed.

Revoking access from the platform side

If you only want Doplr to stop accessing a specific connected account, you can revoke its permission directly from the platform — for example via Meta's Business Integrations page (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations). Doing so causes the related token in Doplr to become invalid; we detect and delete the revoked token automatically.

Revoking a single integration does not delete your Doplr account. To remove everything, use Method 1 or Method 2 above.
